Each bag is unique and made from pre-loved materials, so by purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying a product made from previously worn garments. Slight variations in texture, color, or feel are part of the bag’s character and not considered defects.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

• Proof of purchase (receipt) is required for all returns.

• Bags must be unused and in original condition.

• Returns will not be accepted if the bag shows signs of being overstretched, damaged, washed, or altered after purchase.

• Final sale items or discounted items are not eligible for return.
